At Ghost Games, we want you to be fully satisfied with your gear; if a piece doesn't fit your style, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account portal and select the items you wish to return to generate a unique Return Merchandise Authorization number.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the unworn apparel with original tags attached into the original shipping box or a secure mailer to ensure safe transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label from your email and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse verifies the items.
